Here you will find the latest key figures from Epinion's most recent user satisfaction survey of MitID from 2023.

  • 74% of the users are very satisfied/satisfied with MitID
  • 81% feel confident using MitID
  • 85% use MitID at least once a week

Monthly Statistics

The aim of the monthly statistical reports is to shed light on the extent, distribution and development in the usage of MitID. In the report, you can see, for example:

  • The development in the number of completed logins since MitID was launched in 2021
  • Demographic data, such as the age distribution among users
  • Geographical data, such as MitID distribution across Danish municipalities

The statistical reports are published from June 2024 onwards.
